Level I: Hand Limit 4, Specialty I in the starting deck.

Level II: Search(2) Abilities, 1 Expert Effect per round.

Level III: Hand Limit 5, Search(2) Abilities.

Level IV: Specialty II to hand, 2 Expert Effects.

Level V: Hand Limit 6, Search(2) Abilities.

Level VI: Specialty III to hand, 3 Expert Effects.

Level VII (cap): Hand Limit 7, Search(2) Abilities; more Experience has no effect.

Scenarios may override starting levels and bonuses.
