Combat FAQ: Spell Limit per Combat Round

Combat FAQ: Spell Limit per Combat Round

Limit: 1 Spell from your hand per Combat Round.

Spell Scroll: cast on top of the limit, cheapest effect, for free.

Hero Specialty cards are not Spells - the limit does not apply to them.

You may play ONE Spell from your hand per Combat Round. A Spell played from a Spell Scroll is in addition to that limit (using its cheapest effect for free). Hero Specialty cards are their own category of cards - the 1-Spell-per-round limit does not apply to them even when their effects resemble Spells.
